Peace silk tells a story of gentleness and respect. The silkworms are allowed to complete their natural cycle, leaving the cocoons before the silk is gathered — a mindful process that values life over speed. Our silk is sourced directly from a small, family-run business in India, where each thread is created with care and reverence for nature. Its subtle irregularities and organic texture resemble linen, giving the fabric a soul of its own.
ABOUT US
Our paths crossed only a few months ago at the Guardians Festival — a gathering connecting people who believe in a better world. We also share a belief in a better textile industry. From that first meeting, it was clear we shared the same vision — that fashion can be gentle, respectful, and in harmony with nature. We both see clothing as more than material; it’s a vessel of intention, created slowly, transparently, and with deep care.
The launch of our collaboration was celebrated in the most natural way — with a women’s circle ceremony, surrounded by the women who have supported us since the very beginning. What began as a quiet moment of gratitude and connection then blossomed into a celebration of softness and womanhood for all. We hope Cloud99 pants serve as a gentle reminder of that.
